LSA Fit offers a dynamic weekly workout schedule to keep you energised and feeling great. Our sessions combine strength training, cardio, and stretching, available both in person and online. Choose from a range of classes, including HIIT, Circuits, Reformer Pilates, and Bootcamp. We have something for everyone!

Personal Training

One to One and small-group sessions with Lucinda or Clayton at your home or gym.

HIIT

Duration: 30 mins

Circuits

Duration: 45 mins

This session boosts muscle strength, metabolism, bone density, and helps with weight management through targeted exercises using weights and bodyweight.
