Welcome to LSA Reformer! Our Reformer classes are open to all abilities and experience levels. To feel the full benefits of Pilates, we suggest attending at least twice a week. Let’s move!

Class Details

Our Reformer Pilates sessions use controlled movements and targeted resistance exercises to sculpt and stretch your entire body. Emphasising mindful movement and breath for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling centred, strong, and revitalised.

FAQs

I’m new to Pilates, is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Beginners should start with a 1-1 or our Gentle class before progressing. Contact Lucinda at lucinda@lsafit.com for advise on which is best for you.

Can i do Pilates while pregnant?

We strongly advise you check with your doctor before starting or continuing Pilates. Please contact us before booking your first class so we can guide you, and let your instructor know of your pregnancy when you arrive for class.

What happens when I’m injured?

Should you be injured, it’s best to seek medical advice before participating in exercise. Contact us ahead of your first session to discuss your injury, and let your instructor know when you arrive. They will help determine if your injury affects your class and offer modifications or alternative moves as needed.

Where can i park?

We have 4 private car spaces outside the studio and overflow parking on the business park.

What happens if I’m late to class? 

If you arrive more than 2 minutes after the scheduled start time, the instructor reserves the right to refuse entry, and you will lose your credit. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will not be permitted due to Health & Safety.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your class starts. If you cancel within 24 hours you will lose your class credit.

What should I wear/bring?

Wear comfortable exercise clothing that fits well and isn’t too loose. For safety, grip socks are required on the reformer. Remember to bring your water bottle which we can refill for you.

What is the reformer class size?

Classes have space for up to 7 people.

Do you do private sessions?

We schedule private sessions during gaps in our regular studio classes – typically weekdays between 11 am and 5 pm. We also offer Duet classes for two people and small group classes, please contact Lucinda for more details.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes of course, they will need to set up an account on Gymcatch and then can book onto a class.
